Shipping Policy – Mimi Herbs ("Company")

1.1 Shipping fees – 29 NIS, free shipping on purchases over 300 NIS.

1.2 Delivery times – The ordered product will be shipped by courier to your home, to the address (in Israel) you entered at the time of ordering, within 7 business days, or provided to you in another way by prior arrangement. Delivery times will be counted from the time the transaction is approved by the credit card companies and the confirmation message is sent by the Company (whichever is later). Business days for the purposes of this section are Sunday–Thursday, and do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays.

1.3 The shipping fees indicated on the site refer only to shipping within the borders of the State of Israel and within the borders of the Green Line. Shipping fees do not include delivery to locations that are not physically accessible, or where reaching them involves risk or special preparation. Shipping to remote areas, including Eilat and localities beyond the Green Line, involves different delivery times as detailed below. Eilat and localities beyond the Green Line – up to two additional days for delivery.

1.4 Please note that the Company does not deliver products to the localities listed at the following link. Before making a purchase on the site, you are asked to check whether the requested address for receiving the shipment appears on the list of localities to which the Company ships its products.

1.5 It should be emphasized that for shipments via Israel Post, the Israel Post regulations will apply to the shipment. If any other courier company is used, then that company's regulations will apply.

1.6 Your refusal to accept a product that was sent to you in accordance with your order and these regulations will constitute an instruction to the shipper to return the product to the Company, and the Company will be entitled to charge you for the shipping cost, including VAT.

1.7 The Company may require the presence of the credit card holder through whom the order was made at the time of delivery, or presentation of the credit card holder's ID, or the credit card holder's signature, as a condition for delivery of the product.

הוראות השימוש והאחסון

Storage instructions: Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Keep out of reach of children. This package contains a desiccant packet. Adult supervision is recommended.

Directions for use: 1-2 capsules daily before meals with a glass of water. It is recommended to take the herb on an empty stomach, one hour before or two hours after meals. Wait two hours before/after taking supplements and herbs.
